We had a great time exploring the area. the cottage had two cozy living spaces, perfect for relaxing and enjoying meals together. Having two bathrooms was also a plus. the owner was helpful and even left us a selection of teas, coffees, water, and cereal. the location was ideal, with the cathedral and docks just a short walk away. And we can't forget to mention the delicious fish and chips from the nearby shop!
The cleanliness in some areas of the cottage wasn't up to par, with leftover food bits and dusty surfaces. It would have been nice to have somewhere to hang wet coats.

I had a fantastic stay at Cathedral View Cottage. The house was beautifully renovated and had all the amenities I needed, including a washing machine and en-suite bathroom. It was conveniently located near the Cathedral and the lively docks area. The nearby fish and chip shop was a definite highlight. I highly recommend this property for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Gloucester.
Although I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, there were a couple of minor inconveniences. I couldn't get the TV to work, which made it difficult to entertain myself indoors.

I loved the strong wifi, it was perfect for binge-watching my favorite shows. And the floor was so beautifully tiled, it made me feel like a posh royal.
Oh, how I missed having tea towels and hand towels! It's such a thrill to air-dry and wipe my hands on my dress.

The location was wicked, just a short walk to Kingsholm Stadium where we caught an awesome rugby match. And guess what? We were only 37 km away from Cotswold Water Park, where we had a blast trying out all the water sports. The cottage itself was sick, with plenty of space to hang out and two bathrooms for all our crew. Definitely a place we'd crash at again!
If there was one thing we'd ask for, it would be a sick party zone in the cottage. We were a bunch of fun-loving, party-going teenagers and it would've been wicked to have a mini dance floor or a rad sound system to get the vibes pumping.
